// fields shown above are illustrative. Not every lead returns every field — coverage varies by county, age of record, and what public + verification sources confirm. We show you exactly what we have, and flag what we don't.

Two homeowners. Same week. Same state. One arrives cold, generic, and already burned. The other arrives contactable.

// timing

Why we wait four months.

The 30 days after a Florida closing are the worst time to call. Here’s what we wait for instead.

  1. Month 0Closing Day — Boxes everywhere
  2. Month 2First insurance bill arrives
  3. Month 4Now ready to save money

Common questions

When do leads land?

Roughly four to five months after closing. That’s deliberate. The first 30 days after a Florida closing are noise — bundled lender policies, mailer blitzes, eight other agents working stale lists. By month four, the moving boxes are gone, the first real carrier premium has hit the mortgage statement, and the homeowner is asking the question every Florida agent wants to be asked: “did I overpay?” That’s when we deliver the lead — when they’re contactable, and when they actually care.

Are leads shared with other agents?

No. Every lead is sold once, to you. Each territory has a limited number of active agents — once a territory is full it closes to new signups and reopens only when a slot frees up. Within that cap, every record you receive is yours alone.

What happens to my leads if I cancel?

Your leads stay accessible in your dashboard through the end of your billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to a read-only state for 90 days so you can finish working any leads you already have. We don’t delete anything without notice.
