Pricing
How much does LeadLobster cost?
Plans start at $179/month for 40 leads (Starter). Growth is $279/month for 75 leads; Pro is $449/month for 125 leads. Every plan includes one exclusive Florida territory, per-lead exclusivity, and the same lead quality — the only difference between tiers is monthly lead volume.
Is there a free trial?
No — we found agents who pay upfront actually work the leads, and we want to reward that. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime if it isn’t working.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Your existing leads remain accessible.
Data & Leads
Where do the leads come from?
We score Florida market signals against owner contact records, deduplicate them, and route each match to a single agent. Every record in your dashboard has been ranked and assigned to you alone before delivery — no shared lists, no resale.
When do leads land?
Roughly four to five months after closing. That’s deliberate. The first 30 days after a Florida closing are noise — bundled lender policies, mailer blitzes, eight other agents working stale lists. By month four, the moving boxes are gone, the first real carrier premium has hit the mortgage statement, and the homeowner is asking the question every Florida agent wants to be asked: “did I overpay?” That’s when we deliver the lead — when they’re contactable, and when they actually care.
How many leads will I get per month?
That depends on your plan and your territory’s signal volume. Starter delivers up to 40, Growth up to 75, and Pro up to 125. High-volume territories like Tampa Bay and South Florida — Atlantic consistently fill every tier.
Account & Territory
What counties do you cover?
All 67 Florida counties, grouped into 6 exclusive territories: Tampa Bay, South Florida — Atlantic, Central Florida / I-4, Northeast Florida, Southwest Florida, and North Florida / Panhandle. You subscribe to one territory and receive scored leads from every county within it.
Can I change my territory later?
Yes. You can switch to a different territory from your account settings as long as the new territory has an open slot. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I export my leads to CSV?
No. Leads stay in your dashboard at every tier — we don’t offer CSV export. You reach leads by phone or email directly from the lead view, and the dashboard is the system of record so we can keep per-lead exclusivity honest. If you cancel, you keep read access to your historical leads through the end of your billing period.
Legal & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (TLS), store data on managed databases with daily backups, and never share your account information with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full details.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
Your leads stay accessible in your dashboard through the end of your billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to a read-only state for 90 days so you can finish working any leads you already have. We don’t delete anything without notice.
