Why we built it.
Most Florida insurance agents we know have a list-buy story. Same spreadsheet, same numbers, called by twenty other agents that morning. Buyer remorse on a monthly subscription. We were tired of watching good agents lose to that.
The interesting part is that the information that would actually help an agent — who’s contactable, what’s changing on the carrier side, where the market is moving — is already out there. So we deliver a full property briefing on every lead.
That’s the whole product. Every other choice on this site falls out of that one decision.
