LeadLobster is a Florida-only intelligence layer for insurance agents. We score real-time market signals, route every match to one agent, and stay out of the way after that.
Why we built it.
Most Florida insurance agents we know have a list-buy story. Same spreadsheet, same numbers, called by twenty other agents that morning. Buyer remorse on a monthly subscription. We were tired of watching good agents lose to that.
The interesting part is that the information that would actually help an agent — who’s contactable today, what’s changing on the carrier side, where the market is moving — is observable in real time. It just isn’t routed to one agent at a time. So we built the routing. Score the signal, match it to the agent it fits, send it once.
That’s the whole product. Every other choice on this site falls out of that one decision.
What we believe.

Per-lead exclusivity is non-negotiable.
Splitting one record across five agents is the original sin of the lead industry. We chose the harder pricing model on purpose so we never have to talk you into believing your lead is yours.

A scored signal you can act on this morning is worth more than a stack of stale records you can't. We optimize for hours-fresh, not unique-records-per-month, and we publish the math.

We're not building a 50-state contractor-leads platform. We're building the deepest Florida moat we can. Ship one state well before the next one.
Who we are.
A small Florida team that has shipped insurance and data products before. We work out of Miami; we’re close enough to the agents we serve that we hear from them on a Tuesday morning when something breaks. That proximity is the point.
